Adventure Bound Pleasant View sits in Van Buren, Ohio, just north of Findlay—about 10 minutes (roughly 5 miles) from the Marathon Diamonds. The Marathon Diamonds are five lighted ball fields at the Flag City Sports Complex on North Main Street in Findlay, home of the University of Findlay baseball and softball teams and a host venue for youth baseball and softball tournaments throughout the spring, summer and fall. When your team is playing a weekend tournament in Findlay, Pleasant View gives your family an easy I-75 drive to the fields and a place the kids actually want to come back to at the end of a long day at the ballpark.
Instead of a hotel parking lot, your family gets a heated swimming pool, our floating Aqua Fun Zone water park, mini-golf, a jumping pillow, the Express Train, Bears Playground and wide-open space to unwind between games—all included with your stay.
Where Your Team Can Stay
Not every traveling family brings an RV—so cabins are often the easiest choice for tournament weekends. Our Deluxe Cabins sleep 4–6 guests with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a complete kitchen with stove and refrigerator, heat and air conditioning, and a charcoal grill—a comfortable home base for a baseball family. Our Camping Cabins sleep 2–4 with a queen bed, bunk beds, heat and air, a bathroom with shower, and a covered deck.
If you travel with a rig, our full-hookup RV Sites handle any size motorhome with water, sewer and 30- or 50-amp electric, in pull-through or back-in configurations. Partial-hookup and shaded tent sites are available too. Whatever your team rolls in with, there's a spot for everyone—and every stay includes full use of the pool, Aqua Fun Zone and all of our family amenities.

Tournament weekends mean downtime between games, and Pleasant View is built for it. Cool off at the heated swimming pool or out on the Aqua Fun Zone—our seasonal inflatable water park that floats on the pond with the Loki Slide, the Rocket and a Trampoline (the play area is netted off; there is no lifeguard on duty, attendants are present during operating hours, and guests swim at their own risk). Younger siblings love the swimming pool, the jumping pillow, Bears Playground and Express Train rides, while the family can play a round of 9-hole mini-golf, try GaGa Ball, toss cornhole, or drop a line in the on-site fishing pond. We're a pet-friendly resort with an off-leash dog park, plus a camp store, laundry and bathhouses on site. The pool and Aqua Fun Zone operate seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
