Rates are for 2 people. Children (ages 2-17) $2/night; Grandparents $6/night; Adults $29.00/night. Day Visitors & Guests: $ 8/adult, $ 6/child, $4/Grandparent (9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.)Cabin guests are subject to 8% NH State Room Tax
Cabin rates include Site Fee and Water & Electricity. Most cabins rent by the week (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday) in July & August. Cabins cleaned prior to arrival & upon departure. No daily housekeeping. Please bring your own linens, towels, sleeping bags, pillows, cooking utensils, pots, pans, lawn chairs, etc. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed in Cabins.
Extra Charges: Trailer Storage $ 42/month or $ 2.00/night; Winter Storage $ 32/month: Trailer moving $ 16 each way; AC & EH $ 3/ day; Riverview $ 2/ day; Father's Day week, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day Weekends $ 2/day. Less than 7 night's summer season Cabin reservations $ 10-15 per day.
Deposit Info: Cabins must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival and a $100 damage deposit is due upon arrival. $50 for each additional adult over 2.
Pets: No pets in Cabins or on Cabin sites. Ask about Yogi Bear's™ Kennel Club and Pet Rules.
Smoking: Please refrain from smoking in all buildings and Cabins.
Weather Policy: No refunds, credits or changes due to weather. The FUN continues rain or shine!!!
