Gatlinburg Campground Policies

General Policies:

  • Check In Time: 1:00 PM Campsites / 3:00 PM Cabins
  • Check Out Time: Noon Campsites / 11:00 AM Cabins
  • Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
  • Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
  • Pets are allowed - Campsites Only.

The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals .

Helpful Information:

Reserve with Confidence™ Reserve your camping time early without worries! Full refunds given with 14 days notice. Cancel by 6 pm the day prior to your arrival and receive without penalty Adventure Bound Camping Dollars, of equal value, valid for one year towards camping at any Adventure Bound Camping Resort.

Charges: The total of your on line reservation is charged at booking. Other charges may apply Any additional charges i.e. extra persons, parking fee etc. are due upon check-in

Cabins Require a $100 deposit due upon arrival and a $50 deposit additional deposit per adult beyond 2.

PET POLICY Pets are permitted. Day visitors and guests may not have pets. No pets in cabins or on cabin sites. Pets must be kept leashed, cleaned up after and must not be left alone on site.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE and VEHICLES PER CAMPSITE: 1 camping unit and its tow vehicle; a motor home with its tow-behind vehicle or 2 tents of any kind and 1 vehicle. One small 2-person tent is allowed on site with a camper. Maximum, 8 paying guests from the same household per site.

Additional Fees:

There is a $5/night/vehicle for all extra vehicles.

There is a nominal charge for the waterslide $9/day/site, 2 day $18/site, 3 day $27/site, 4 days or longer $36/site. All 7 night stays or longer include water slide.

There is a nominal charge for this fishing pond of $7.00 for two fish - no catch & release.
